Who is this program designed for?
Community Financial Wellness is an online financial education program open to anyone who is interested in learning the foundations of topics like: money management, credit and debt, taxes, insurance, and saving. We know that most people are not taught these concepts in school and that we all have different experiences and starting points with money. This program will help you build knowledge and confidence for a healthy financial future.

What is the cost to use the program?
Community Financial Wellness is FREE to nonprofit community-based organizations to use with the people they serve. For more information about how to become a partner, please see our Partner page.
What topics does the program cover?
Community Financial Wellness covers financial topics such as
- Developing a healthy money mindset
- Techniques to manage your money, credit, and debt
- Savings options for short and long-term goals
- How to set up an emergency fund
- The basics of taxes, insurance, and estate planning.
How do we get the match savings?
Participants who complete all of the lessons, quizzes, and activities within each learning module and save $500 will be eligible to receive $500. Upon completion and notification, Community Financial Wellness will send the funds to your nonprofit organization. Please contact them for timing and process information.
Can I participate in the program without a community partner?
Anyone can access the course for free. However, the $500 savings match is only available to those enrolled through a partner organization. Visit our Partner Page to find a partner near you.
What score is needed to pass the quizzes?
A score of 80 or higher is required to pass/complete each quiz (4 out of 5 questions answered correctly).
Why won't it let me move to the next lesson?
Each video must be watched in entirety before the system will move to the next lesson.
Can I complete the program more than once?
Participants have access to review the course content after completion. However, individuals are eligible for the match savings only once.
